As a dock hand, you perform maintenance for a marina and assist the marina team in serving their clients. Your primary responsibilities include making sure all areas are clean while adhering to and maintaining quality standards. You help dock workers with duties such as securing boats to docks, monitoring power, water, and phone services, facility sanitation, black water pump-out, and waste disposal. You are expected to provide excellent customer service and complete requests such as transporting each customer and their baggage to and from the dock. You operate a boat and other equipment as needed and help the team maintain general security while reporting potential concerns. You are also responsible for refueling boats when required and completing other routine maintenance.
